Service Description

On occasion, a rental may not pass inspection the first time. That's not what we want, so please review our "Things to do BEFORE your rental inspection" article to avoid this. However, if we need to reinspect, we charge $95. Pleaes note, these are for rentals WE INSPECTED the first time around.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A $75 fee will be assessed to come back and complete an inspection if the property is not accessible at the scheduled time.
