Service Description

Baltimore City Rental Inspection meeting the city issued requirements for rental properties. Does not include Lead Paint testing or any inspection services other than those specifically listed on the Baltimore City Rental Checklist.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A $75 fee will be assessed to come back and complete an inspection if the property is not accessible at the scheduled time.
